I have a project, how can I start developing my idea?
First, you should brainstorm, consider how many prototypes you would like to develop, and if it is possible to sort them by structure, theme, model and heel height. Focus on the amount of samples you want to make and on the purchase and retail price target. When estimating your budget, you should consider that the packaging and production materials will have to be enough to cover more than one season. Can your company help me to realize my project?

I have a good idea but I’m not good at drawing, can your company do it for me?
Our designers can make sketches for you and they can also develop your ideas and improve your own sketches. We can make your projects come true, starting with the outline and going through the heel and the accessories, using 3D drawings to have the most detailed version of your project.
I’m an imaginative person, but I’m not good at business plan development, can you help me?

How much does it cost to realize a collection or a sample?
It is really hard to answer this question. The cost of every project depends on the difficulties we might encounter and on the customized pieces we might need to develop. Perhaps, as far as designing and making shoes is concerned, Italy isn’t the cheapest country; however, it is undoubtedly the best place for high quality manufacturing, product traceability, and selected raw materials. Certainly it is not possible to estimate an average cost for every project, but if you have already implemented your ideas we can ask for an evaluation of your project and we will let you know the price before we start.
How much does each pair of shoes in production cost?
It is not possible to estimate the right production cost before making a sample: the costs for the components, the kind of leather and the manufacturing can vary and affect the final price, which is usually calculated once the first prototype or the final sample are made.
Can you also deal with boxes and packaging?
Packaging is a crucial matter and it has to be handled and studied carefully. We can take care of it because our graphic designers will create the image of your brand from the logo to the sketch of the box and the sack, that will be made by our best suppliers.
Are you able to project and produce any kind of shoe?
We can deal with any kind of shoe (pumps, sneakers, boots, slippers, rubber shoes, etc.) and our factories are specialized and focused on every single product. Some kinds of products require higher MOQ.
Can I just make the initial sample?
You can ask us to design and make just a sample; however, if you consider launching a production, it will be more convenient to schedule the whole process in the same factory so that you can reduce the costs and perfect the product during the design phases.
Why do I have to make the sample before launching the production?
Making a product includes several stages. Designing and making the first prototype and the sample is the beginning: the sample is necessary to evaluate and improve the design and the potential problems during the production; it will also be evaluated, tested and showed to the customer. After making the prototype, the second stage is developing the sizes of the components and organizing the assembly production.
Why is the prototype different from the sample?
The prototype is the first test for the model and structure; usually just half a pair of shoes is realized, as it is needed to check the fit and the upper design. The final sample is the first pair of shoes, realized with the materials and components chosen by the customer.
How much time is needed to realize a sample?
The time to project a sample can change due to the project complexity and customize components to create. The average time can change between four weeks for simple projects to six months for complex samples that require personalized components and heels and difficult technique and assembly.
What is the difference between a personalized sample and a label change?
The personalized project is created just for customers, and each component or part of it will be realized exclusively. The model and all the components are unique and made just for the customer's brand, it cannot be replied for or sold to anyone else. The label change means to take an existing model from the supplier and apply the customer's label, but this does not guarantee the exclusive model and components.
Are the projects you realize in Italy perfect?
It depends. We must start from the concept that each shoe is handmade and by operators that work each pair by hand, so there can be little differences between one pair and another that we can tolerate. It is important to know that perfect production improves with a big quantity of shoe production; operators can gain practice while they make the product, improving the final quality. Anyway, our productions have high quality standards and before the shipping there is a quality control that rejects potential faulty pairs.
Can I use vegan or synthetic leather?
Yes, we can work with vegan or synthetic leather. We can use the best suppliers and choose from their list. Anyway, we give useful advice on materials but at the end it is the customer that chooses the material he wants to use.
Do you take care of the shipping?
Yes, we can take care of the shipping and provide all the documents for the import of the goods according to the destination country. We are partners of international logistics services that can manage shippings and warehouses all over the world.
Do you provide a non-disclosure agreement?
All the projects and samples that we realize, and the customized components, are covered by privacy. Each new customized component is projected inside of our offices to avoid copying or cloning and will be realized by our suppliers that join our privacy policy.
Why should I use your services?
You can create a collection or a shoe sample by yourself, but it is highly difficult, due to the numerous components you need to make and the stages you have to oversee.
