I have a project, how can I start developing my idea?

How much does it cost to realize a collection or a sample?
This is a difficult question to answer, the cost for each project can be different based on the difficulties and the custom components to be created.
Italy is probably not the cheapest country to create and produce footwear, but it is certainly the best place to produce with the highest quality of workmanship, product traceability and the best raw materials.
Of course it is not possible to establish a standard cost for all projects, if you have already organized your ideas we can analyze your project and we will provide an advance quote before starting.
How much does each pair of shoes in production cost?
It is not possible to estimate the right production cost before making a sample: the costs for the components, the kind of leather and the manufacturing can vary and affect the final price, which is usually calculated once the first prototype or the final sample are made.
Can you also deal with boxes and packaging?
Packaging is a crucial matter and it has to be handled and studied carefully. We can take care of it because our graphic designers will create the image of your brand from the logo to the sketch of the box and the sack, that will be made by our best suppliers.
Are you able to project and produce any kind of shoe?
We can deal with any kind of shoe (pumps, sneakers, boots, slippers, rubber shoes, etc.) and our factories are specialized and focused on every single product. Some kinds of products require higher MOQ.
Can I just make the initial sample?
You can ask us to design and make just a sample; however, if you consider launching a production, it will be more convenient to schedule the whole process in the same factory so that you can reduce the costs and perfect the product during the design phases.
Why do I have to make the sample before launching the production?
The product creation process is divided into several phases.
Designing and creating the first prototype and the sample is the first of these phases, the sample is used to evaluate and correct the design and any production problems and will be used to be evaluated, tested and presented to the public.
After creating the sample, we proceed with industrialization, where the development of the components in sizes is carried out and mass production is organized.
Why is the prototype different from the sample?
The prototype is the first test of the model and structure, usually only half a pair of shoes is made to wear, it will be used to check the fit and the design of the upper. The final sample is the first pair of shoes made in the materials and components chosen by the customer.
How much time is needed to realize a sample?
The time to design a sample can vary depending on the complexity of the project and custom components to be made.
The average time can vary from four weeks for simple projects up to six months for very complicated samples where there are custom components and heels and with difficult manufacturing and assembly techniques.
What is the difference between a personalized sample and a label change?
The custom project is created exclusively for the customer, all the components or part of them, will be made exclusively, the model and the set of components are exclusive and made only for its brand, it cannot be replicated or sold to others.
A change of label means taking an existing model from the manufacturer and putting your label, but this does not guarantee the exclusivity of the model and components.
Are the projects you realize in Italy perfect?
It depends! We must start from the concept that each shoe is handcrafted and with operators who work each pair by hand, so there may be minimal differences between each pair of shoes that are within tolerance.
It is important to know that the perfection of a production improves and is achieved with greater quantities of shoes produced, operators acquire practice while making the product improving the final quality.
In any case, our production has very high quality standards and before shipping the final product, a quality control is performed and any pairs with defects are discarded.
Can I use vegan or synthetic leather?
Yes we can work with vegan or synthetic leathers, we can use the best suppliers and choose from their catalogs.
In any case we will provide useful advice on materials but it is always the customer who chooses the material he prefers to use.
Do you take care of the shipping?

Do you provide a non-disclosure agreement?
All the projects and samples that we realize, and the customized components, are covered by privacy. Each new customized component is projected inside of our offices to avoid copying or cloning and will be realized by our suppliers that join our privacy policy.
